General Benefits Overview
Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance
ATCorp provides employees with choices in PPO health care plans, which include vision coverage and a dental plan. The PPO lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and no forms to submit when receiving care through the network of physicians. |
Life and Disability Insurance
ATCorp provides basic life insurance with the option for employees to purchase additional insurance as well as spouse and child life insurance. Short-Term and Long Term Disability insurance are an optional benefit employees may purchase. |
Retirement Savings
ATCorp employees are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) plan the first of the month coinciding with or following hire date. ATCorp matches 50% on the first 6% of your contribution. Company matching funds are 100% vested upon 2 years of service. |
Flexible Spending Accounts
ATCorp administers Flexible Spending Accounts employees may use to pay for heath care expenses that may not be covered under the medical plan, dependent care expenses, and/or transportation and parking expenses. |
Training and Tuition Assistance Program
ATCorp will reimburse for job-related college courses, with reimbursement based on grades. Employees earning an A or B get 100% reimbursement; C's earn 50%. Approved job related training is fully reimbursed. |
Paid Leave / Holidays
ATCorp employees accrue vacation and sick leave on a pro-rated basis per pay period. In addition, employees receive ten (10) paid holidays per year. |
